A Service Technician at Wemo is the company’s face when meeting customers – an important ambassador for the company. Wemo’s products mainly consist of servo-driven handling robots and complete automation cells for handling and assembly with robots.
As a Service Technician, you have a strong sense of service, are engaged, flexible, and have a genuine technical interest. At Wemo, the role involves a varied week with assembly, preventive maintenance, robot programming, installation, and commissioning of robot projects at our customers’ sites. The Service Technician is vital for the company’s strong customer relationships in connection with service and after-sales. A professional and customer-focused approach, with a sense of service and understanding of the customer’s needs, is the recipe for success.
You should have robot experience and good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with PLC programming and 6-axis automation is an advantage.
You want to be challenged with the opportunity to take full responsibility for your visits to the company’s customers. You are an analytical person skilled at finding creative solutions while performing your work in a structured and efficient manner. You primarily travel within Sweden but, in some cases, have the opportunity to travel abroad together with our international partners.
