Two Model Ranges – Tailored to Your Needs
eDesign LT
The eDesign LT is the ideal solution for simpler applications, handling weights from 4 kg to 13 kg, and designed for injection molding machines between 25 and 500 tons. These models are equipped with advanced safety systems that can be easily connected to safety gates, belt control boxes like W-PIC9, and other options such as W-IOB2, QuickLock, and W-OP3-LT. This makes them a cost-effective choice that delivers high performance.
eDesign SE
For more complex automation requirements, the eDesign SE range offers greater capacity, with models handling weights from 4 kg to 15 kg and machine sizes from 25 to 650 tons. SE models feature enhanced safety systems, including the ability to open the rear door of the injection molding machine. They can also be connected to other devices via secure I/O connections and support advanced belt control solutions and light curtains. The SE range is designed to provide maximum flexibility and expandability for your automation setup.
WIPS Plastic – User-friendly software for advanced automation
At Wemo, user-friendliness is at the heart of our automation solutions. With WIPS Plastic, operators can create programs without restrictions, offering maximum flexibility even for complex applications. By utilizing intuitive symbols and self-generating program lines, WIPS simplifies programming, ensuring ease of use for all skill levels.
Introducing W-HP14 – A new standard for eDesign robots
The new W-HP14 handheld panel is designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind. It shares the same powerful WIPS Plastic software as the W-HP12 but comes with a streamlined mechanical design tailored for operators who need a cost-effective and easy-to-use interface.
The W-HP14 is now the standard for our eDesign LT and SE robots. However, for customers who prefer additional features and a larger screen, the W-HP12 can still be selected as an optional upgrade.
