With a simple touch of the screen, you move from the overview to a specific machine. There, you see exactly the information required for that part of the system: manual operation, counters, status and machine-specific functions. Everything is adapted to the application and the operator’s needs.

An open gate, an activated emergency stop or a machine stop is clearly indicated both graphically and with alarm text. Colour coding and visual indicators allow you to orient yourself quickly, even in complex installations.
All alarms are also collected on a central alarm page with history, making it easy to follow up recurring disturbances and understand what has happened previously.
The result is shorter downtime, faster troubleshooting and a calmer working environment for the operator.

Control multiple machines from one place
W-OP6 is designed for production environments where multiple machines and robots work together, even when they come from different manufacturers.
The operator panel can communicate via common fieldbuses such as Powerlink, ProfiNet and EtherNet/IP, as well as via OPC UA. This allows information from the entire plant to be gathered in one place, regardless of how production is structured.
You can start and stop machines in a controlled manner, see which programs are active and gain a clear picture of overall production performance. As standard, up to ten machines can be connected, with the option to adapt the solution if required.
Centralised and transparent safety
W-OP6 can function as a safety master, meaning that shared safety functions such as gates and light curtains are handled centrally in the system. Machine-specific safety functions are forwarded to the control system and presented together in the interface.
