Wemo Robot System – Flexible Solutions for Injection Moulding

Wemo's robotic systems for the plastics industry offer one of the widest ranges of linear robots on the market. Our solutions are available in two main principles:

Fixed X-axel

With a fixed X-axis, the Y-arm moves along the X-beam. This makes the robot more compact and saves valuable floor space for automation. This is also the fastest version of our robots.

Movable X-axis

A movable X-beam creates more space for larger grippers, which is an advantage in applications with multi-component machines and vertical injection units.

WIPS 4.0 is Wemo's user-friendly control system that makes it easy to program and monitor your robot. With clear symbols, self-generating program lines and an intuitive interface, both beginners and experienced operators get full control. The system is Industry 4.0 ready and integrates seamlessly with other automation components.

Gripper systems for all needs
